R12.x Oracle Project Management Fundamentals
This course will be applicable for customers who have implemented Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 or Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.
In this course, students will learn about the implementation of R12.x Oracle Project Management. The course encompasses key setup considerations, from implementing issue and change management to defining budgets and forecasts, managing progress, and performance reporting and, explains some of the impacts of implementation decisions. Students will learn through the use of tutorials, supplemented with guided demonstrations and hands on practices.
Oracle Project Management provides project managers the visibility and control they need to deliver their projects successfully, improve profitability, and operate more efficiently. Project managers can look to a single source of enterprise project information to manage the project through its lifecycle-from planning, through execution, to completion.
